Service, or lack thereof

Tanstel electronics was solely chosen by the manufacturer of my new product. After attempting to schedule (and being unable to reach anyone) with Tanstel I googled and found horrible reviews. I almost contacted the manufacturer of my product and requested another repair company but decided to give Tanstel a chance. That decision was a giant waste of my life!!! When the owner of Tanstel finally came out he had to order a part. The part arrived a few days before the start of July 4th weekend. I called to notify him in hopes he could come that Thursday or Friday but did not hear back. The following week (Wednesday) his webpage was down, he was not answering calls, text, or emails. I called the manufacturer, and they also could not reach him. He finally called 7/13 to say he would be here 7/16. It is 7/16 and he was supposed to come today. I waited ALL day and he NEVER showed, called, emailed, nothing. It is unfortunate he is allowed to be in "business" at all. What is the point of having a business (if you can call it that) and being so elusive?
