Agree#08007 : I applied for a monthly contract ($10/mo) with option of cancelling at any time. I'm a senior and that's what's affordable for me. On 8/27/21 $64.18 taken out of my bank acct! I called to cancel. Why still pending?? You take 64.18 + mo. $! Want 64.18 back and document saying it's been cancelled! I believed that kid and signed. HE WENT AGAINST what I requested. That's fraud!! Then he says arrogantly, well, you signed! And, he said, you didn't even use it! OMG I deserve my request being acknowledged or I am taking action with BBB, ACLU as seniors are constantly being taken.
