I bought a chair. The day after delivery it was making noise, the mechanism for the headrest was damaged /manufactured incorrectly. I had a great service guy come named Joe. He took his time, showed me exactly what was wrong. He was able to fix it on the spot &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; even was able to fix the leather where the defective mechanism had caused some dimpling. Friendly & Professional Great guy!
