I bought a chair. The day after delivery it was making noise, the mechanism for the headrest was damaged /manufactured incorrectly. I had a great service guy come named Joe. Our sofa broke they came and got it it took 3weeks .to return and still the same .This was a very good quality sett i now am not comfortable with this sett, i would like to kn if a refund or replacement is possable .I have pictures of this problems
Your communication definitely needs attention I do not have means of going online and like to speak to a living person, I left numerous messages and waited at least a week between messages and never once did I get a call back ,, terrible customer service,, needs attention asap User’s recommendation: Answer messages asap.
No communication with people in office or store at all. Trying to get answers to question about bed and mattress purchase. No one answers the phone and the main store puts you on hold and dies t get back to you. Wont buy from theM Ever again And certainly wont recommend them,
