purchased a new lg 65 in uhd tv had tv for 5 months the picture goes out called customer service set up service complaint number. service people blackies called following day gave info off tv told the part was ordered should have within 24-48 hours. after 12 days and numerous phone calls to service people and abc warehouse got no where.... still have broken tv and pissed about it. Dan the manager at sherman street store is worthless and doe not help customers for nothing. he is rude and talks down to you. someone like that should be fired and punched in the face. In my opion DONT EVER buy anything from this company because their employees and operation is garbage... I have always bought from abc but from this day forward myself and everyone i know will not...
