I think that they send you these letters to get you to call the [protected]. So that you will give them the Provide ID number. So that you will order a bunch of stuff that you do not need at all. I wish that they would stop trying to order stuff because I have done this before.... Read more➤

Hello, terrible attitude towards customers! Sanaca since 1 item did not fit us by size. We don't even pack him, we go to the store, we want to exchange it for another product, we were offered to write a refusal, we write it. The store manager (?) Said that we would have to wait for the answer for 1-1. 5 weeks, no problem, we are waiting. She told us how to decide whether to change the product or not, but they did not accept the product, it was with us all the time. After 1. 5 the answer comes as we have been refused, because there is no reason to change the goods. I called the customer support where I was given a number to call in caseand told how I got there answers Alice (Lana? Lera? Victoria? I really do not remember).
