sepa deposit delays

I made a SEPA deposit into my euro wallet more than 10 days ago and since then no money has been deposited into my account even though it left my account straight away. I contacted customer service and provided them with screen shots of my payment but the only thing they say that they will get back to me. What can I do ? Any advice any one can give would be appreciated.
