It has been months Original review posted by user Jan 02, 2021 Ordered 4 headsets because of the discount offered. Only received three. These headsets are absolutely horrible. No bass and terrible sound. Absolute false advertising. We sent them back immediately and they won't refund. They ignore you for weeks at a time and all they will say is they need to check and make sure they received them. They were sent back with the information they asked for. It has been almost 3 months! Buyer beware! I'm an authority work over 21,000 drivers that would use a product like this and they are all aware of how I'm being scammed by winnergear. Currently they are rarely responding to emails and blocked me on im. Very unprofessional communications and am absolute scam. User's recommendation: Cheating people will result in consequences.
