I ordered birth control from the pill club during the covid pandemic when I couldnt get to my Doctor because they are closed. I asked for a certain brand which they offered and they sent me something completely different and wouldnt switch them for me and then didnt want to correct their mistake so they just cancelled me after charging and sending me 6 months of the wrong pills which I refused to take because I didnt want to switch. So they just cancelled me and told me to see my doctor (who is still closed) User's recommendation: Make sure you are getting what you asked for.
