The worst customer service ever!

Tower Wireless in Taylor Mill might be the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I purchased my phone 8 months ago and they never activated my insurance. Then when I had a claim I was left high and dry. The manager (or so called manager) said he would call on 3 separate occasions but never did.... Read more➤

“free” cell phone for $127

On 5/26/11 I chose to go to Tower Wireless (a different company than Verizon) who sells phones for Verizon (Taylor Mill, KY) and purchase a brand new phone for $127.19.
