How did exes take over my long distant service? I am with AT&T with no plans of changing

No information received about excel taking over my account nor were they authorized to. Can not provide an account number they keep asking for because I have no account # with them. Please relinquish my long distance service so I can make calls as I always did through AT & T. 318-387-****

Misleading sales pitch. Later, inappropriate additional charges .

Misleading phone salesperson

I asked how much it would cost to call France from my location(NYC). I was told 3 cents/minute. In fact, there are a set of charges(e.g. carrier cost recover fee($2.47) et.al. with the total coming to $3.05) that are added for each call regardless of how long you talk.
