Seller hasn’t sent details about the purchase

I ordered three hats from the company www.capwholesalers.com. I received the confirmation email from the seller, but the seller hasn’t informed me that the order has been sent. I emailed him and he told me that “yes” it was sent, and he promised to provide the details of the shipping. But it was only blah-blah. I need some help, because the seller didn’t send the details and information. What will you do in such situation?
