The sales process is broken. I selected a car and started the paperwork process, at which time it should have been taken off the market, but it wasn't, apparently. After I ran through the loan process, provided my deposit and emailed my driver's license and insurance documents I received "The Call". "Sorry sir, that car is no longer available, but we have others" (of course at higher prices and higher mileage). I told them to shove it. They called me back four times trying to sell me something else. Total BS. Created hard inquiry on my credit report for nothing. The company sucks. Should've listened to my gut and never gotten involved in their scam. Total bait and switch deal, just like 99% of all other used car joints, in person or on-line. User's recommendation: Don't waste your time. They suck as a company. Buy from private seller.
