My story is the same as the others. They quoted £70 to unblock the sink but on the day they told me it was now £420. I felt I had no choice to pay as I had a new baby and needed my sink working asap. Their terms and conditions state that they will only increase the price if new parts are required, which they were not. The "job" took 10 minutes and after they left it became quickly blocked again within 2 days. They literally stole our money. Also, they didn't wear masks or any PPE despite my being assured they would. DO NOT USE this company or their sister company Plunger Ltd. User's recommendation: Don't use them! They are thieves.
