Scammed by Dentures Online (www.denture.com)

Update by user Jan 15, 2014 It's been 4 months now and the company has started to ignore my requests for updates and information. Phone calls have not been returned, emails are unanswered. They have even failed to respond to my complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I have a complaint in now with the Attorney General's office. I don't know how they can stay in business when they operate like this. Original review posted by user Dec 02, 2013 I ordered a full upper denture in early September expecting to have the completed denture in 5-7 weeks. It has been 12 weeks and I'm still waiting. They have already taken payment for the service. They held my imprints for 6 weeks before processing (it took a complaint to the Better Business Bureau to even get that). The try on they shipped was way too large, they did not send directions on how to re-size so I had to wait until I could contact the company for directions. They're now holding that impression and have not processed now for nearly 2 weeks. They have not attempted to contact me at all to explain any reasons for the delays, and it takes them several days to weeks to respond to emails and written requests for updates. In the mean time, they have banned me from commenting on their Facebook page and have deleted the bad reviews I left them. They have so far refused requests for a refund despite claiming a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
