I have been to quite a few of your beauty supply stores and recently I had the experience of dealing with Betty near Rand and Palatine Road. I must say she was so helpful, so knowledgeable and even went to the trouble of buying a hair dye that was not available anywhere else. I will continue to use that store Ias her personality I was also top-notch! Just wanted you to know some good reviews, not just bad....
