I called to clarify some information with a delivery day prior being made for a funeral. The man on the phone was very rude and could care less if you used his services. When asking how to confirm that the flowers would deliver, he rudely said because we have been in business for 52 years. VERY RUDE.
I ordered flowers for a funeral that were not delivered. If I had not attended the funeral, I would have paid for the flowers which were never delivered. Did not get refund as promised.
I ordered Pastel Dreams flower arrangement for friend and mother- in- law whose husband/ son passed away. It was 3 days late -called they said its on the truck. When my friend sent a picture of what was sent I was horrified at the “flowers” they sent! I could have picked those weeds out of the field....

Ordered arrangement “Autumn’s Simple Beauty/Classic” for my son and his wife. The arrangement delivered was NOT what was pictured online. Called several times, put on hold and/or transferred to someone who dodged my concerns and questions. Too much money charged for what was delivered! User’s recommendation: My recommendation to future customers is order from another florist!
