6051 Stellhorn Rd. Suite #CO3B Ft wayne Indiana Kayla the manager is snippy and rude toward me and others. Once again I went in yesterday and I was up next. She changed the board. Her behavior toward me and other customers I observed yesterday is unacceptable. I have been getting my hair cut at that location for awhile now so my complaint about her is not a quick reaction. I've been in the business world for 44 years and I've dealt with many managers. Some people have what it takes and some people don't. In my opinion Kayla does not. My main complaints are her inability to communicate with customers at the register. And also her bullying tactic of pick and choose whose hair she wants to cut. I've spent a lot of money there which may be spent elsewhere if something isn't said to her. I don't usually complain but yesterday was the straw that broke the camels back.
