Aunt purchased a package from Venezuela for some days in Miami and others in OIrlando... she could never contact them... aske me to do it from USA... i called to make reservation arrangements for my aunt and lady on the phone was extremely rude... even yelling at me for calling... i was suppoused to make a reservation 45-60 days prior to the trip... was calling for a september reservation and lady did not want to help... she got upset with me because i was calling...even hung up phone on me... i have the feeling my aunt had been scammed
