Vidaxl delivered the item to the wrong address despite reassurance that it would be redirected to the correct one. Return: I provided the correct address and date for collection as per the rule for return. Pick up person never came after 10 hour wait. Another date chosen:pick up person never came. After 5 hours of waiting, I contacted DPD that confirmed that vidaxl has yet again given the wrong pick up address that does not correspond to the email in which I was asked to choose a pick up address. They have wasted 15 working hours and another 10 will be wasted as they do not provide exact time of pick up meaning I have to miss work another day. Pick up on weekends is also not possible.
