Resolved: Sending me bills for credit card fraud
Update by user Mar 31, 2018 Sent a copy of this review and other information to the Proactiv billing address. Received form reply that seems to acknowledge the credit card fraud and that I don't have to pay the bill. Hopefully that means this is now resolved.
