Update by user Jun 29, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Regal finally reached out to me and took care of my situation.. Original review posted by user Jun 25, 2021 I have been trying to call and email Regal for two months now to cancel my unlimited pass. I keep getting charged with no way to speak to anyone or stop my subscription. I did not agree to continue after the pandemic and am getting billed. This is the worst customer service I have ever seen. They are basically stealing money and not allowing anyone to contact them. Boycott Regail. User's recommendation: Do not sign up for unlimited!
