Update by user Aug 19, 2020 After lodging a dispute with PayPal Winnergear suddenly became engaged and shipped the product. I think the only reason is that I raised the dispute with PayPay within thirty days of ordering the product as PayPal hold the money for thirty days. Had I raised the complaint after the thirty days I think the goods would not have arrived.It still took 77 days from ordering to receive the goods. User's recommendation: Avoid at all cost.
