Update by user Jun 08, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. The woman I talked to was amazing! I had a package stolen from me and they resent the item I ordered and also had it expedited! Thank you! The north face cares about their customers !. My address is 7320 Southside Drive Apt. 34 Louisville Ky. 40214 I spent 100$ on a jacket and I dont have the money or the jacket! Please please please send me the jacket.
