I heard from PC Richard's the same day and in less than a week I had a new washing machine. The customer service representative did a great job cutting through the bureaucratic red tape. I'm very satisfied with the process, I've found a new ally in the pissed off website/group. Thank you, Ed Reginald User's recommendation: Good products and they usually stand behind them. I will keep shopping there but will keep this group close at hand if I ever need them again.
