Replacement hairdryer

I bought a Conair hairdryer that broke after using it for 2 weeks. I contacted Conair and was promised a replacement within 10 days. I waited 3 weeks with no hairdryer or explanation. I called Conair and was given an excuse of back order but then received a new hairdryer after just 4 days. I am pleased that I received a replacement but I was forced to go a long time without a hairdryer and I would have appreciated better communication. User's recommendation: Keep a record of who you talk to and dates.
