Refusing to refund payment

When I tried to return the dress within the stated timeframe returns could be made within 7 days. The agency gave me nothing but back and forth run around and refused to take the dress back and give a refund. I have spoken through email to at least 7 different people and as of today they state they are only willing to give 10% of the dress payment as a refund.which would be 17.00. Do not buy from this website. They do not abide by what they state they will do for returns and they also falsely advertise their product. When shown the issue with the dress. They state it isn't a problem and discrepancies from the dress pictured on the website should be expected since the dress is tailored. Then why are they advertising a dress they will not be able to create? Buyer beware!
