Refusal to give Refund after approval

I was approved for a full refund at the beginning of June. I sent the requested items back to Fitbit where it shows they signed for it but they refuse to give me my refund because they haven't received confirmation from warehouse? I don't care, you signed for it. It's excuse after excuse, different timeframes depending on the rep. Now I'm without a Fitbit and my money!!! User's recommendation: Do not buy Fitbit. This is apparently a common issue for them.
