The hardware was old -- really old. I can live with that. However the packaging was very sloppy and shoddy. Everything in the box was loose. The box itself was thin and flimsy and as a result crushed. The LCD screen was cracked and plastic pieces had broken off the CPU tower. To make matters worse, they describe the product on amazon in this way, "All you do is turn on your POS system and its ready to work !!". The computer does not even have an operating system installed. They refuse to return my emails and they don't answer their 800 number The Perfect POS is not a reputable company.
