refund still not processed

I placed an order with the mobile app on Saturday 19 August and paid via direct card deposit. I received notification AFTER debiting the amount, that my order was not approved and that my cash was automatically refunded. I then placed another order thinking the money was transferred back as stipulated only to again have it cancelled AFTER they debited my account. I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND. NOT ONLY DO YOU GUYS BLUFF CUSTOMERS BY TELLING THEM THEIR MONEY WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY REFUNDED BUT YOU ALSO DEBIT THE ACCOUNT PRIOR TO AN ORDER BEING ACCEPTED OR DECLINED. I AM BEYOND AGGRAVATED WITH THIS. REFUND MY MONEY! I WILL MAKE USE OF ANOTHER PROVIDER
