Re: Booking # 11450**** Hello, I understand that If the AIRLINE cancelled the flight, they owe a full refund to the original form of payment - it is not an insurance, but a legal obligation to refund services not rendered. I have been informed by my travel agent that I have a travel credit issued. I don’t accepting any credit for future travel and Demanding a full refund to my original method of payment please. User's recommendation: Do Not book with this Airline.
