I purchased (or thought I did), two bedroom suits as Christmas gifts in 2020. After weeks of waiting, I called to verify the delivery status. That's when I was told they didn't even have the items and didn't know if they ever would. There was no contact or notification of any kind prior to me calling. So, I requested a refund. At the time of the request (Jan. 06, 2021), the information provided was, "3 to 5 business days" for my refund to be processed. It is now Jan. 25, 2021. I have neither received the refund nor has anyone from The Room Place contacted me. The name should be changed to "The Wrong Place". User's recommendation: Shop somewhere else. There's NO follow through with customers.
