Refund and compensation

I booked from Bourne to Woods Hole last Saturday and got a confirmed ticket scheduled to leave at 12:10pm. I actually bought it over an hour prior before 11am and was told the next bus was booked solid but I should ask the driver if there was space. Nothing came until almost 1pm, and the driver drove off without accepting or even talking to any of the 3 of us waiting to board. The next bus said "Boston International" then changed its sign to Woods Hole, and drove off even as we were approaching and hailing it. One of the waiters called your office to complain and was told a van would be sent to collect us, and the operator would call him back within 20 miniutes. An hour later we had heard nothing, and he repeated the call and was told there would not be a bus until 5:20pm or thereabouts!!! We then shared an Uber to Woods Hole at considerable cost. I want a refund and compensation for the Uber cost and loss of enjoyment, as I didn't reach my destination on Martha's Vineyard until after dark; missing a whole day of a 3 day stay.
