Do not do business with this American Company if you are a Canadian

Update by user Feb 10, 2020 As a Canadian you will not change my beneficiary to my current spouse unless I do the American documentation which is not necessary under Canadian Law. Might be ok for insurance but stay away for investent

Reps are incompetent doing an extremely inferior job of financial advising. It is already 2020 and you still have no way of viewing your accounts online or to transact business other than at the speed of an agent which is tortoise slow – who in turn conducts via USPS…
