My husband went in to have 3 MRI's. The receptionist was rude from the beginning. She told my husband he had to pay $515 copay. I told her to call the number on the back of my insurance card and she refused to help. We left and we will never go back to Simon Med again. My husband is in pain and needed to get the MRI's done. She was more interesting in playing with her phone and leaving early because it was Friday. Why is this behavior so acceptable for so many people? I would lose my job if I did that. My parents raised me right.
