I made an order with the incorrect shipping address. I immediately contacted Wayfair via online chat and telephone to correct the address and no help was provided. I made a few more calls and was asked if I was canceling the order. Wayfair was of no assistance on those numerous attempts. I asked for a call back to straighten out the orders because time was of the essence. No call back. Totally disappointed in Wayfair and totally disgusted with the extremely poor customer service. Issues still not resolved. User's recommendation: Don’t bother spinning your wheels- was a total waste of time.
