Question about process
I called to speak to someone in customer service because I did not understand the process. I call the number given on the web and was told I cant call that number and it was for claims. She then gives me the same number to call back. I wanted to do business with one, but being able to speak with someone is next to impossible so I guess I have to take my business elsewhere.
