Still unresolved issue there is no fixing this engine due to the poor manufacturing from Honda…. Honda is unwilling to deal with this and make it right… User’s recommendation: Very poorly and dangerously designed engine.
2.3 ho outboard… where do I start???? We have had problems every single year, this is our fourth summer with this motor on a pontoon. Its sputters it has been in for service each year. Not happy with the motor User’s recommendation: Don’t buy this motor.
