Hi, I have purchased 4 seats for my flight on 25th of June from Los Angeles to Frankfurt leaving at 2:55 pm from LA. seats purchased was 18 D, E, F and G but I got different seats I got 18 B, E, G and J. The seats I purchased had a room for leg in each one and they were 4 seats beside each other but I got different seats that are not beside each other and also has no room for legs. I tried to talk to the crew they said we don't have those seats available to give them to you I told them I already paid for them they said we have nothing to do at this moment you can go ahead and file a claim to get your money back. I paid $240 for the 4 seats $60 each. Please
