Promised Replacement Vacuum – Not Arrived

A few weeks ago I contacted Black & Decker about my B & D hand vac hinge failure and was told a replacement would be sent to me. To date, no replacement has been received. Would it be possible to check and see if and when i should expect the replacement handheld Lithium vaccum? I look forward to hearing from you.
