Problems ordering from website
I ordered the stove top item rather than the electric one. When they sent me the ordered item for my review, I realized the mistake. Immediately, I emailed them on the communication link they provided. I called, no answer, the recording said contact using email provided. I did. About a week later, the wrong item is delivered. It would cost me 10.00 to restock and shipping! Not worth the return. Never again bodum! User's recommendation: They appear to have no customer service.
