Yes, theres still an issue. Ive called several times and written emails and still no response. They were supposed to be tracking down where my transmission came from so the warranty could be upheld at another shop. I still have no answers. This isnt the way a customer should be treated. Im aggravated and frustrated with everyone I've dealt with within this company. The car still hard shifts, as acts like it wants to cut off after shaking when going above 35 mph. User's recommendation: Do not come to this company!
