1st call 2/5/16 2sc call 2/8/16 3rd call 2/8/16 I am calling to report rips in my furniture. Was questioned about a date and my reply was I really don't know. But the main one every one I have talked to so far is when I said some time in 2015. I am very upset with the customer service I received on the phone as well as not wanting to help with my problem.
