Poor to non-existent customer service in warranty dept

It has been a month of emailing, photos and phone calls and no forward progress on resolution of wrong item and poorly covered (fabric) item. It's next to impossible to get a live person to answer your call and if you try to go through the store's operator, she will send you to some unknown voicemail. This company is extremely frustrating and I still don't even know if the manufacturer who sent the wrong item has even been contacted at this point! User's recommendation: Buyer beware.
