I am a handicap veteran I boarded the train in Palm Springs California to Houston Texas in a handicap accommodation room the serviceman refuse to help me in any way right down to the dinner reservation pamphlet he never wants clean the room or service the room in anyway I asked for cart service to help me bored and when I arrived in Houston there was no one there to help me very poor service on Amtrak's part if you're handicapped you might want to think of another way to travel
