Poor Service and Support for Customers

I ordered the wrong part from this company. The email was sent to me at 3:01 pm EST. So, i logged back into the website and tried to cancel it. I was aggravated because, there is no option or link to cancel an order on their website. I submitted a request to cancel the order at 3:14 pm EST. I could not call RV Parts Country because none of the customer rep numbers on the website work. The automatic answering does not forward the caller to a person or voice mail. The machine tells the caller to come in and see them or submit a request. Also, no email is provided for customer service. So, a customer service rep responded to my request 30 minutes after I ordered the part. I found the response on the RV Parts Country website while I was waiting for a response and looking for it in my email Inbox. I was told, "sorry, the item has already bee processed and waiting for shipment." I find it hard to believe the warehouse person found the item, packaged it, cleared the system, and completed other preparations for shipment in less than 30 minutes. The company is a scam and uses deceptive practices on customers who buy from them. I will never purchase an item from them again.
