Update by user Feb 26, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered. I received the product today 2/25/2021. Original review posted by user Jan 27, 2021 I placed an order on 12/26/2020 that I have never received so I sent an email but apparently the address does not exist
