Poor service and received broken good

Order Number - 30650**** Against above order I received a broken item of order. I have tried to make a complain for return and refund through website and have not got no call back so far. I am asked to log in with my mobile number or email ID and it does not recognise. Frustrated customer. Can someone help before I escalate thhis up to authorities who can assist ?
