Poor service and bad record keeping
My company bought a pair of safety glasses, they were not correct. I went back and made a complaint. I was told to schedule an appointment. After not being able to schedule online, then tried by phone, it was impossible to schedule an appointment. I drove over and made the appointment. I waited over a week then went to the appointment and was told 4 times they had no record of my previous visit. I was discusscusted! Then I walked out. Trying to schedule the appointment and waiting, I wasted over a month! I will never recommend the Geneva NY Store to anyone! I still have a non functioning pair of glasses! User's recommendation: Avoid the Geneva New York Store. They need new management!
