Take a credit for mobile data I don't use at all
Hello! I would like to tell you about the situation regarding the mystical loss of credit. Then the situation following I use the tariff plan Vodafone unlimited calls for 30 days at 4. 99. All in all the internet is not included just unlimited texting and sms. But there have been cases when removed from the loan 0. 36 cents per 30 mb per day. I was amazed and thought maybe I accidentally turned on mobile data someday. I traveled abroad well with my Vodafone number and switched to a tariff plan for pay per unit as it provides communications abroad. I only use it to receive calls abroad. An all-clear 0. 05 cents will be taken for the provision of services. But several times removed by 1 cent when the phone switched operator. I asked a manazz portal that I don't use the Internet of Things and I can't at all because data roaming is turned off. These say that seeing when I use mobile data abroad. Well in the end I managed to get 1,€ 50 refund just for me especially in this case. Okay but just looking at switching operators phone hopa 0. 01 cents off of credit. Telling them to moshk by switching takes money. Not without taking. Well right in the end they offer me for the second time for € 3. 44 offers to close mobile data access. I say that it is too expensive maybe that mobile data will be needed later. At the end of the call from Telstra Says that free will shut down mobile data service. Well it was also the money was reimbursed. The money was no longer lost. I really never lock in the data because I know that my tariff plan does not include mobile data. I'll tell you honestly Telstra internet and the area is better for my connection to the bee but that's when the credit takes off it's really a scam. Because the phone doesn't show that I use the internet at all. But seeing their control panel both poses when I use it. I will say that with bits I'm happy the bills are on time and there are always what they need to be for the services. For now, Telstra and bits can recommend and I am also loyal to these two operators. But that can change. I have problems with AuMobile in terms of load and speed because I use their home internet service. Then my summary is that bits can't be recommended due to area and speed because it's not the best and isn't the same everywhere or the same with cities and fields from all 3 operators. The Telstra internet speed surprised me on the trail I have used only almost all my life only bee services. AuMobile can't recommend due to congestion and internet speed messages but the area is ok in my opinion. Hopefully someone will find this complaint useful and will know more that Vodafone is the same Telstra and thus Telstra will in some way worsen its reputation with such may lose customers because prepaid users are not tied to the operator and only Telstra is not tied to contracts and agreements.
